OUR NEW STORES OPENING IN NEW YORK
This is a Full-Time position with a liberal benefit package including Major Medical, Dental, Vision Care, Paid Vacation and Holidays, Retirement and 401 K.
OUR STORE MANAGER TRAINEE POSITION IS DESIGNED TO LEAD INTO A STORE MANAGER POSITION WITHIN 1 - 3 YEARS WITH
AN AVERAGE ANNUAL INCOME OF $70,000 - $85,000 + / YEAR. PROMOTION TO STORE MANAGER IS BASED
UPON PERFORMANCE. TRAINING WILL BE IN NEW JERSEY FOR THE FIRST YEAR.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Outstanding Customer Service, Motivation and a Commitment to Teamwork with a "Can Do" Attitude
2. Accurate Cash Control, Cleaning and Stocking Merchandise, and Maintaining the Standards of a Premier Grocery Store
3. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
4. Must work flexible schedule
5. 2 - 3 years of Prior Management Experience Required
